Alison (Ally) is a well-established and much valued member of the Bridgehouse team and has over 30 years of business and legal experience gained in a wide variety of organisations, both public and private sector. Ally gained an MBA in 2001, qualified as a barrister in 2005, and achieved qualification as a Chartered Secretary in 2011. In addition, Ally is a member of both the Chartered Governance Institute and Chartered Management Institute.

Previously Group Company Secretary for East Kent University Hospitals NHS Trust and its subsidiaries, Ally led the governance and legal work to establish an estates facilities management subsidiary in 2018. In addition to working with the NHS, she has experience in a range of sectors such as regulators, charities and has previously worked in a number of listed companies such as NatWest and a subsidiary of Unilever where she assisted in preparing the subsidiary for acquisition by Campbells as well as for the Financial Services Authority.

Ally is a highly experienced Company Secretary and very confident at working under pressure, so will hit the ground running to provide a steady pair of hands.  She possesses fantastic agility skills to handle demanding, changing work environments.
