Who we are
Bridgehouse was founded in 2006 by trained Lawyer and Chartered Secretary Ibi Eso.
Our aim was to offer the professional skills needed to meet statutory legal obligations and governance responsibilities for organisations that cannot justify employing a full time Company Secretary. Bridgehouse was born to fill that gap and has expanded so that we canto provide fully bespoke corporate governance support.
In 2026 we became part of the Vidett group, joining their team of professional trustee and governance experts from a range of backgrounds in pensions, wider financial services and beyond. This means our clients can now benefit from an unrivalled pool of knowledge and experience from a wider team of governance experts.
